1.浪涌
BS5系列未設置抗浪涌回路
使用時請注意遵守EN標準
2.外部光源
該產品未設置防止外部光源干擾回路,請將接收器遠離外部光源干擾
3.布接方式
和動力線、高壓線等分開布線,以避免由此造成的誤動作或產品損壞
4.干擾發生源注意事項
若微型光電傳感器周圍有機器產生干擾(開關穩壓器,電機等),請將機器的屏蔽線F.G接地
5.焊接(直接焊在端子上)
直接焊接在端子上時不要超過3秒(zui大溫度260℃).確認焊接時離端子根部1.5mm以上.
6.安裝
使用M3螺釘擰緊(zui大力矩0.49N·m(5.0kgf·cm).擰螺釘時,請使用墊片(Φ6).請確認光電傳感器收發光部分不與任何其他物體接觸.若該部分劃損時,產品會發生誤動作.
7.維護
若傳感器安裝在有許多灰塵或潮濕的環境中,請注意清潔接收器,用干布擦干發射器和接收器，沾染灰塵會發生誤動作
8.其他
安裝傳感器時遠離:
易腐蝕性氣體,油,灰塵,水蒸汽,強酸強堿,強光 ※請注意遵守上述說明以避免發生誤動作或損壞產品
